摘要
功能安全(Functional Safety)和预期功能安全(SOTIF)技术作为国际公认的确保车辆安全运行的根本保障,但仍存在如何从量化角度评价车辆运行安全性的国际痛点。量化思想的中国提案被国际标准ISO21448(SOTIF)采纳并贯穿标准全文,即基于目标市场,定义出合理可接受的量化准则作为车辆电控系统正向开发和测试评价的基准输入。基于该量化思想,形成了我国功能安全(Functional Safety)和预期功能安全(SOTIF)技术和标准体系,进而通过试验研究得出量化准则,以确保系统在故障、功能不足(含设计不足和性能局限)的情况下,从设计开发源头避免或降低车辆对驾乘及周边人员造成伤害,保障车辆运行安全。
Functional safety and SOTIF technologies are recognized as the fundamental guarantee to ensure the safe operation of vehicles in the world,but there are still international attention points on how to evaluate the safety of vehicle operation from a quantitative perspective.The Chinese proposal of quantification idea is adopted by the international standard ISO 21448(SOTIF)and goes through the whole standard,that is,based on the target market,a reasonable and acceptable quantification criterion is defined as the benchmark input for the development and evaluation of electronic control system.Based on this quantification idea,Functional Safety and SOTIF technologies and standards system has been formed in China,and then get quantitative criteria through the experimental research,to ensure that the system in the case of failure and functional insufficiency,from the source of design and development to avoid or reduce vehicle injuries to drivers and passengers and surrounding personnel,to ensure the safety of vehicle operation.
