欧盟基于型式批准制度对汽车产品的生产、市场投放和一致性核查等方面进行管理。本文分析了英国脱欧后,因英欧双方关系变化所引起的型式批准框架下法规和要求的若干调整。在过渡期内,欧盟法规仍适用于英国和英国境内;在过渡期后,英欧各自签发的型式批准则不再互认。制造商应及时转化相关的型式批准以规避合规性风险。

Based on the type approval system,the EU regulates the production,marketing and conformity of automobile products.This paper analyzes several adjustments of regulations and requirements under the type approval framework caused by the change of UK-EU relations after Brexit.During the transition period,EU regulations will continue to apply to and in the UK.After the transition period,type approvals issued by the UK and the EU are no longer mutually recognized.The manufacturer shall promptly convert the relevant type approvals to avoid compliance risk.
