摘要
主减速器壳体的轻量化设计是实现重卡车桥总成轻量化的重要渠道之一。主减速器壳体通常外形结构复杂,对其进行轻量化设计要从多个部位着手实施,本文首先对主减速器壳体结构及轻量化设计方案进行了详细论述,然后建立三维模型,输入材料属性通过计算得到壳体承载的边界条件,对轻量化设计前后的状态进行了有限元分析比对,最后将壳体装配至桥总成进行总成疲劳试验,试验结果与理论分析结果一致,证实了轻量化设计的主减速器壳体可以满足实际使用要求。
The lightweight design of the main reducer housing is one of the important channels to realize the lightweight of the heavy truck axle assembly.The main reducer shell is usually complex in shape and structure,so it is important to design and reduce the shell from several parts.In this paper,the parts and measures of shell weight reduction are discussed in detail one by one,and then a three-dimensional model is established,the material properties and the calculated boundary conditions of the shell are input,and the States before and after weight reduction are compared by finite element analysis,Finally,the fatigue test is carried out on the bridge assembly assembled by the shell after the weight reduction.The test results are consistent with the theoretical analysis results,which proves that the lightweight design of the shell can meet the actual use requirements.
