摘要
本文对乘用车的制动水衰退试验方法进行研究,根据美标FMVSS 105法规中的此类制动性能的评价要求,进行标准法规分析,开展乘用车的制动水衰退测试。通过对比不同制动器组合车辆的制动效能和稳定性测试结果对乘用车的制动水衰退性能进行分析。通过最大制动力和车身偏移角等数据的性能特点,分析影响因素并提出相应的开发建议,为整车企业与科研机构对乘用车制动系统进行恶劣工况研发验证提供了比较客观的参考方法。
In this paper,the brake water recession test method of passenger cars is studied.According to the evaluation requirements of fmvss 105,the standard regulations are analyzed and the brake water recession test of passenger cars is carried out.By comparing the brake efficiency and stability test results of different brake combination vehicles,the brake water recession performance of passenger cars is analyzed.Based on the performance characteristics of the data such as the maximum braking force and the body deflection angle,the influencing factors are analyzed and the corresponding development suggestions are put forward,which provides a more objective reference method for the research and development of the passenger car braking system in the severe working conditions of the vehicle enterprises and scientific research institutions.
