摘要
自2018年7月1日18年版《C-NCAP管理规则》实施至今一年时间里,C-NCAP官方发布的四星及以上车辆座椅鞭打平均得分为4.26分,鞭打试验成绩仍然处于较低水平。针对这一现状,本文从试验角度对我司某款车型座椅鞭打试验数据进行详细分析总结,通过控制头后间隙、调节靠背悬簧刚度,可有效提高NIC得分;通过提高座椅靠背骨架焊接强度、控制头枕高度,可有效提高上颈部My得分。本文对座椅的调节方法,为座椅鞭打性能的提升提供参考。
In the one year,since implement of C-NCAP regulations of the 2018 edition on July 1,2018.The average score of seat whiplash for vehicles with four stars or above released by the C-NCAP official is 4.26,and the whiplash test scores are still at a low level.In view of this situation, this paper makes a detailed analysis and summary of the seat whiplash test data of certain car of our company from the perspective of test.It is found that by controlling the HRMD backset and adjusting the back suspension spring stiffness to improve the NIC score.By improving the welding strength of the seat back frame and controlling the height of the HRMD,the upper neck My score can be effectively improved.This paper provides reference for improvement of seat whiplash performance.
