试制阶段车内管路线束隔离夹标准化参数设计

Standardized Parameter Design of the Vehicle Harness and the Pipe in the Trial Production Stage

本文概述了汽车内部管路线束隔离方式,提出了标准化的参数设计,使得管路线束隔离夹有标准化规格。通过对比分析单头单固型和单头双接型隔离夹,提出了多用途一拖三模式新型隔离固定夹子,并进行参数化设计,形成多规格统一标准化设计应用。通过样车试制实证应用,可以应用于85%以上的车内管路和线束的隔离。

In this paper,the isolation method of automobile internal pipeline harness is summarized.Weproposeda standardized parameter design,which makes the isolation clamp of pipeline harness have standardized specification.By comparing and analyzing single head single fixed and single head double connection isolation clamps,a new multi-purpose new isolation fixed clip is put forward,and parameterized design is adopted to form multi standard unified standardized design application.It can be applied to the isolation of more than 85%of the pipelines and harnesses in the vehicle.
