摘要
THOR 50M假人是全新一代50分位正碰男性假人,其上胸部标定是标定的重点及难点。对上胸部标定性能限值的要求,欧洲版假人需要遵照TB026,为此专门设计有欧洲版肋骨。TB026要求分别考察上胸部传感器的X向压缩量、Z向压缩量以及摆锤力,X向压缩量、Z向压缩量以及摆锤力经常无法同时通过,为此对假人的摆放姿态、温度控制、安装状态、位置精度进行了研究调整,过程中结合对输出数据进行分析,解决了该标定问题。结果表明:假人摆放姿态、温度控制、安装状态对上胸部标定结果有实质性影响,通过控制这些参数,能得到较好的标定结果。
The THOR 50M dummy is a new generation of 50th percentile male frontal impact dummy,and its upper thorax calibration is the key and difficult point.For the upper thorax calibration performance limits,the European version of the dummy needs to comply with TB026,for which the European version of the rib is specially designed.TB026 requires that the x-direction compression,Z-direction compression and pendulum force of the upper thorax sensor be examined respectively.The x-direction compression,Z-direction compression and pendulum force are often unable to pass at the same time.Therefore,the dummy’s placement attitude,temperature control,installation status,position accuracy are studied and adjusted,the output data is divided into.The problem of calibration is solved.The results show that the installation,temperature and installation of the dummy have a substantial impact on the upper chest calibration results.By controlling these parameters,we can get better calibration results.
