Research on the Development Strategy of Enterprise Model under the Double Integral Management Method

为缓解能源和环境的压力,促进汽车产业健康发展,国家陆续发布及更新了一系列政策与法规。本文对国家相关政策与法规中企业积分的指标与核算进行了阐述,从降油耗、发展新能源、买积分等方面讲述了企业平衡积分的策略,并建立了相关关系,以S公司为案例进行了说明。最后,本文提出了多路实现积分平衡的方法并建立了数学模型。

In order to alleviate the pressure of energy and environment and promote the healthy development of automobile industry,the state has successively issued and updated a series of policies and regulations.This paper expounds the index and accounting of enterprise integral in the relevant national policies and regulations.From the measurement of fuel consumption,new energy and buy integral,this paper describes the strategy of enterprise balance integral,establishes the relevant relationship,and takes s company as an example.At last,this paper presents a multi-channel method to realize integral balance and establishes a mathematical model.
