本文通过采用三种不同的钢砂类型及三种型号的抛丸打砂机具,对钢桥面进行了除锈施工,通过效果比对,我们可以得出2-20DT(240-002)喷砂机的最佳行走速度为0.8m/min,2-20DT(240-005)喷砂机的最佳行走速度为0.8m/min,2-20DT(240-006)喷砂机的最佳行走速度为0.9m/min。从而可以知道,影响钢桥面喷砂除锈的主要因素是钢砂的类型及设备行走速度。

in this paper,three different types of steel sand and three types of sand blasting machines are used to remove rust on the steel deck.Through the effect comparison,we can get that the best walking speed of2-20 dt(240-002)sand blasting machine is 0.8 m/min,the best walking speed of 2-20 dt(240-005)sand blasting machine is 0.8 m/min,and the best walking speed of 2-20 dt(240-006)sand blasting machine is0.8 m/min..9 m/min.So we can know that the main factors that affect the steel bridge surface derusting by sand blasting are the type of steel sand and the walking speed of the equipment.
