摘要
设计了一种由多段床身拼接的长床身方案,并对该方案实施过程中的加工工艺和装配工艺提出了具体的要求,降低了长床身制造的难度,并经多款龙门加工中心和核电转子轮槽铣床实施验证,达到了设计要求,应用效果良好。
A long bed plan composed of multiple bed sections was designed,and specific requirements were made for the processing and assembly processes during the implementation of the plan,which reduced the difficulty of manufacturing the long bed.The center and nuclear power rotor wheel slot milling machines were verified and met the design requirements and the application effect was good.
