微信群以其便捷、互动、无纸化等独特优势,在工作中被广泛使用。但随着"微信工作群"越加越多,被大量滥用后,衍生出"拍马群"、"作秀群"、"微腐败群"等变异品种,不仅大量工作不能有效推进,而且严重影响基层工作人员必要的休息休假权利和正常的工作劳动权利的行使。滥用"微信工作群"的行为成因是别有用心者出于利己主义、官僚主义、形式主义的价值判断和行为选择,淡忘了为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴的初心与使命,丧失公平、正义、规则意识,从而影响正常的生活秩序与工作秩序的有效运行。
