摘要
研制了包括Al、Cu、Pb、Sn、Cd、Fe、Mg、Mn、Cr、Ni、Si等11个技术指标的4种锌合金光谱与化学分析用标准物质。采用250kg中频感应炉冶炼、连续铸造、均热挤压工艺,确保了标准物质的均匀性,多家权威实验室用准确可靠的分析方法确定了11个元素的标准值和不确定度,经考察,该标准物质的均匀性与稳定性良好。该项目标准物质填补了我国Zn Al9光谱与化学分析用标准物质的空白,丰富了国内锌合金光谱与化学分析用标准物质市场,已被国家市场监督管理总局批准为国家级标准物质。
The certified reference materials of zinc alloy containing eleven elements such as Al,Cu,Pb,Sn,Cd,Fe,Mg,Mn,Cr,Ni,Si were developed.Using 250kg middle-frequency induction furnace to smelting,continuous casting,soaking,extruding,ensure homogeneity of the CRMs.The values and standard uncertainty of eleven elements in CRMs have been determined by several authority laboratories using accurate analysis methods.After observation,the reference materials have good homogeneity and stability.The reference materials of this project had filled in the gap of reference materials for ZnAl9 spectral and chemical analysis in China,and enriched the domestic market of reference materials for zinc alloy spectral and chemical analysis.The CRMs have been approved by State Administration for Market Regulation of P.R.China as national reference materials.
