层次分析和模糊数学法在采矿工程中的应用及选择

摘要 近些年,可开采的矿山数量在逐步减少,开采的难度越来越大。在可控的安全范围内,如何合理的选择采矿方法,怎么才能够进一步优化采矿场的结构参数,以此来提高矿产资源的回收率,是目前矿企需要攻破的难点和重点。面对现有的可采矿山资源,借助企业所能提供的开采技术,为了能让矿山安全生产,并保证矿山资源最大化的稳定回收,我们想要针对采矿方法的难点和不完全因素这两个方面,建立一个科学、全面的采矿方法优化综合评价模型,如果模型成立,那就可以从众多的备选采矿方案中,根据矿山的地理位置、地下结构等特点,模拟匹配出最优的采矿方案,顺利地解决了以上我们所面对的难题。这次是选择了层次分析法和模糊数学方法,用线性函数和二元比较排序法对几种采矿方案进行评估。阐述了两者的原理和优点,在此基础上阐述了自己的一些想法,综合考虑采矿方法评估结果,计算出各方案的优势、劣势,最后选出最适合的。如果方案可行,那在以后将给矿山开采节省大量的人力物力,节约了时间,同时保证了质量,值得更多矿山企业来选择。 In recent years,the number of mines that can be mined is gradually decreasing,and it is becoming more and more difficult to exploit.Within the controllable safe range,how to choose the mining method reasonably,how to further optimize the structural parameters of the mining site,in order to improve the recovery rate of mineral resources,is the current mining enterprises need to crack the difficulty and focus.In the face of the existing minable mountain resources,with the help of the mining technology provided by enterprises,in order to make the mine safe production and ensure the maximum and stable recovery of mine resources,we want to establish a scientific and comprehensive comprehensive evaluation model of mining method optimization based on the difficulties and incomplete factors of mining methods.If the model is established,Then,the optimal mining scheme can be simulated and matched from the numerous alternative mining schemes according to the geographical location and underground structure of the mine,and the above problems can be successfully solved.This time,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy mathematics were selected to evaluate several mining options by linear function and binary comparative sorting method.This paper expounds the principles and advantages of the two,on the basis of which it expounds some of its own ideas,considers the evaluation results of mining methods,calculates the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme,and finally selects the most suitable one.If the scheme is feasible,it will save a lot of manpower and material resources for mining in the future,save time and ensure the quality at the same time,which is worth more mining enterprises to choose.
