摘要 铝合金熔铸生产是传统铝材加工的主要方式之一,在长时间的应用过程中为我国相关产业提供了数量十分可观的铝材产出。受到市场变革与产业需求的综合影响,铝合金熔铸生产也暴露出了一些问题,导致生产成本有所提高,同时产品的性能并不能满足实际需求。为了进一步提高铝合金产品的综合性能,达到产业预期的发展标准和要求,铝合金熔铸生产工艺需要不断增强自动化技术的应用,对铝合金熔铸生产涉及到的设备与工艺流程进行合理分析和有针对性的提升,促进经济效益与社会效益的提高。 Aluminum alloy casting production is one of the main methods of traditional aluminum processing,providing a considerable amount of aluminum output for related industries in China over a long period of application.Due to the comprehensive impact of market changes and industrial demand,aluminum alloy casting production has also exposed some problems,leading to an increase in production costs.At the same time,the performance of the product cannot meet actual demand.In order to further improve the comprehensive performance of aluminum alloy products and meet the expected development standards and requirements of the industry,the aluminum alloy casting production process needs to continuously enhance the application of automation technology,conduct reasonable analysis and targeted improvement of the equipment and process involved in aluminum alloy casting production,and promote the improvement of economic and social benefits.
