摘要
资源并购是矿业企业发展壮大的必由之路,企业的资源布局决定着企业发展方向和能够达到的高度。企业资源布局工作应基于对行业的全面认识和理性分析,顺应历史发展方向、紧跟国家大政方针,多因素全面考虑,多维度平衡搭配,从资源接续、地缘政治、矿种对冲等方面综合布局。资源并购工作应与勘探、运营、贸易等资源扩张链条上其他业务模块联动,环环相扣,相互配合。并购模式上应拓宽思维、突破束缚,提前介入矿业项目的时间节点,根据项目的阶段特点灵活选择并购方式,创新性开展工作。
Resource merger and acquisition is the only way for the development and expansion of mining enterprises.The resource layout of an enterprise determines the development direction and the height it can reach.The resource distribution work of the enterprise should be based on the comprehensive understanding and rational analysis of the industry,comply with the historical development direction,keep up with the national policy,consider various factors through,match multiple dimensions in a balanced way,and comprehensively layout considering resource succession,geopolitics,mineral hedging and so on.The work of resource M&A should be linked with other business modules in the resource expansion chain,such as exploration,operation and trade,the modules should be coordinated with each other.With respect to the mode of M&A,we should broaden our thinking,break through the constraints,get involved in mining projects in advance,choose the way of resource M&A flexibly according to the stage characteristics of mining projects,and carry out the work innovatively.
