矿山岩土工程中深基坑支护施工技术

Construction technology of deep foundation pit support in mine geotechnical engineering

摘要 为控制深基坑支护施工累计变形,以某矿山岩土工程为例,对此类工程的深基坑支护施工展开设计与研究。明确该工程的主要施工形式为锚杆联合咬合桩,引进DENEBLOA计算程序,设计深基坑支护结构参数;结合矿山岩土工程现场勘察报告及工程实践数据,设计支护施工中的降水处理、搅拌桩定位与喷锚网支护施工。实践应用成果证明:设计的施工方案可以有效控制基坑沉降与变形,避免竣工后深基坑出现失稳等方面的安全问题。 In order to control the accumulated deformation of deep foundation pit support construction,take the geotechnical engineering of a mine as an example to carry out the design and study of the construction of deep foundation pit support construction.It is clear that the main construction form of the project is bolt joint bite pile,introducing DENEBLOA calculation procedure,designing the parameters of deep foundation pit supporting structure;combined with the field survey report of mine geotechnical engineering and engineering practice data,designing the precipitation treatment,mixing pile positioning and shotcrete network supporting construction.The practical application results have proved that the designed construction scheme can effectively control the settlement and deformation of the foundation pit,and avoid the safety problems of the deep foundation pit after completion.
