摘要
本文研究了上引连铸Cu-Cr-Ag合金工艺参数和组织性能,上引连铸Cu-Cr-Ag合金的工艺参数是:温度:1200℃~1300℃,节距2mm~5mm,上引速度为400mm/min~500mm/min,合金的铸态组织主要以尺寸300~700μm的晶粒为主,没有发现粗大的初生Cr相,合金铸态的性能:抗拉强度为175MPa,屈服强度79MPa,延伸率48%,导电率55%IACS。
In this paper,the process parameters,microstructure and properties of Cu-Cr-Ag alloy by upward continuous casting are studied.The process parameters of upward continuous casting Cu-Cr-Ag alloy are as follows:temperature:1200℃~1300℃,pitch length:2mm~5mm,speed:400mm/min~500mm/min.The as cast structure of the alloy is mainly crystal with the size of 300~700μm,and no coarse primary CR phase is found.As cast properties of the alloy:tensile strength of 175Mpa,yield strength of 79mpa,elongation of 48%,conductivity of 55%IACS.
