基于多主站Profibus-DP系统的铜冶炼设备远程监控方案的设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 在某铜冶炼工厂的数智化建设中,成套设备均需要在DCS系统远程监控。对带有PLC系统的设备,一般将其设置为智能从站,通过Profibus-DP总线方式与DCS系统建立通信链路。其中一台进口风机因控制功能比较复杂,系统使用的西门子S7-1500 PLC不能设置为从站模式,无法通过常规的Profibus-DP总线通信与DCS系统进行联系。为解决这一问题,通过在风机控制系统与DCS系统之间增加DP/DP耦合器模块构建多主站DP系统,规划配置监测、控制输入输出传输区,最终可靠地实现了DCS系统对风机的远程监控。 In the digital and intelligent construction of a copper smelting factory,the complete set of equipment needs to be remotely monitored in the DCS system.For equipment with a PLC system,it is generally set as an intelligent slave station and a communication link is established with the DCS system through the Profibus-DP bus.One of the imported fans has complex control functions,and the Siemens S7-1500 PLC used in the system cannot be set to slave mode,making it impossible to communicate with the DCS system through the conventional Profibus-DP bus.To address this issue,a multi master DP system was constructed by adding a DP/DP coupling module between the fan control system and the DCS system,planning and configuring monitoring,controlling input and output transmission areas,and ultimately achieving reliable remote monitoring of the fan by the DCS system.
