摘要
针对鹿鸣矿业钼铜矿石钼、铜品位分别为0.106%和0.015%,现场在磨矿细度为-0.074%mm占60%的情况下,采用快速浮选、预精选、粗扫选作业,中矿返回流程进行混合浮选。获得Mo、Cu品位分别为5.781%、0.622%,Mo、Cu回收率分别为87.26%、66.35%。为降低浮选指标波动,合理开发利用铜钼矿石资源,进行了捕收剂种类试验、起泡剂种类试验、药剂用量正交试验、以及闭路试验研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074%mm占60%,工艺流程不变的情况下,用捕收剂ZS柴油替代LY煤油,起泡剂JH2#油代替HB2#油,提高药剂单耗后,最终获得Mo、Cu品位为5.990%、0.740%,Mo、Cu回收率分别为92.03%、83.37%的钼铜混合粗精矿。与现场指标对比,混合粗精矿Mo、Cu品位分别提高了0.209%、0.118%,Mu、Cu回收率分别提高了4.77%、17.03%,指标显著改善。
In view of the molybdenum and copper grade of Luming Mining Molybdenum-copper ore is 0.106%and 0.015%,respectively.Under the condition that the grinding fineness is 60%of-0.074%mm,rapid flotation,pre-cleaning,coarse scavenging and middling return process are adopted to carry out mixed flotation.The Mo and Cu grades were 5.781%and 0.622%,respectively,and the recoveries of Mo and Cu were 87.26%and 66.35%,respectively.In order to reduce the fluctuation of flotation index and rationally develop and utilize copper-molybdenum ore resources,the collector type test,foaming agent type test,orthogonal reagent dosage test and closed-circuit test were carried out.The results showed that under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.074%mm accounted for 60%and technological process unchanged,ZS diesel was used as collector to replace LY kerosene,and JH2#oil was used as foaming agent to replace HB2#oil.After increasing the single consumption of agent,Mo and Cu grades of 5.990%and 0.740%were obtained.Molybdenum copper mixed crude concentrate with recoveries of Mo and Cu of 92.03%and 83.37%,respectively.Compared with the field indexes,the grade of Mo and Cu in mixed crude concentrate were increased by 0.209%and 0.118%,respectively,and the recovery of Mu and Cu were increased by 4.77%and 17.03%,respectively.The indexes were significantly improved.
