井下无轨备件国产化研究及对策分析

各大企业每年需要采购大量进口无轨备件,尽管其质量优良,但技术上的垄断直接导致国外无轨设备制造公司对设备和备件在国际市场的价格垄断,供货周期长、价格高,是影响生产效益的主要因素,如何控制进口无轨备件采购成本对于集团公司来说十分重要。本文结合工作实践,从生产实际出发,根据进口无轨备件采购活动的特点,探讨降低采购成本、提高供应效率的方法。

Every major enterprise needs to purchase a large amount of imported trackless spare parts every year,although its quality is good,but the monopoly of technology directly leads to foreign trackless equipment manufacturing companies to monopolize the price of equipment and spare parts in the international market,long supply cycle and high price are the main factors affecting production efficiency.How to control the purchase cost of imported trackless spare parts is very important for the group company.In this paper,based on the production practice,according to the characteristics of imported trackless spare parts procurement activities,to explore ways to reduce procurement costs and improve supply efficiency.
