摘要
采用高温固相反应法合成硼化钨粉体,并通过XRD、SEM对合成粉体的物相组成及粉体形貌进行了分析。结果表明B/W理论摩尔比为1:1.05时,硼化钨的物相为WB相,粉末呈现出不定形状态,颗粒出现大的裂纹;随着B元素比例升高,部分WB与B粉生成WB_(2),粉末表面由非规则形态的WBx晶粒交织组成,并含有少量的孔隙;硼化钨硬度高,破碎后呈现出脆性断裂,断裂面出现明显的棱角。
Tungsten boride powder was synthesized by high-temperature solid-phase reaction method,and the phase composition and morphology of the synthesized powder were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results show that when the theoretical molar ratio of B/W is 1:1.05,the phase of tungsten boride is WB phase,the powder shows an amorphous state,and large cracks appear in the particles.As the proportion of B element increases,part of WB and B powder form WB_(2),the surface of the powder is composed of irregular form of WBx grains intertwined,contains a small number of pores;Tungsten boride has high hardness,and after crushing,it shows a brittle fracture,the fracture surface appears obvious angular.
