有色金属冶炼中NEUI电解烟气治理工艺及装备

摘要 近年来国家陆续出台各项法律、法规,推动电解铝行业高质量发展,保护和改善环境。电解烟气净化系统的排放指标成为电解铝企业的重要考核内容。为进一步提高电解铝企业污染物的治理水平,有必要开发更全面、更高效的电解烟气污染物成套治理工艺及装备。本文首先介绍东北大学设计研究院(有限公司)(以下简称:东大院;英文简称:NEUI)开发的电解烟气污染物成套治理工艺及装备,主要从有组织排放和无组织排放两个方向采取有效措施,对全氟污染物、颗粒物、SO_(2)开展治理工作。文章最后将NEUI电解烟气污染物成套治理工艺及装备与国外最先进的烟气治理工艺及装备进行对比和分析,发现:与欧美的电解烟气排放标准相比,目前我国的电解烟气排放标准要求较低;但是,以NEUI为代表的中国电解烟气治理工艺及装备的排放指标已经超过欧美的排放指标,达到世界领先水平。 In recent years,the state has promulgated various laws and regulations to promote the high-quality development of electrolytic aluminum industry and protect and improve the environment.The discharge index of electrolytic flue gas purification system has become an important examination content of electrolytic aluminum enterprises.In order to further improve the level of pollution control in electrolytic aluminum enterprises,it is necessary to develop more comprehensive and more efficient electrolytic flue gas pollution control complete sets of technology and equipment.This paper first introduces N.E.U Engineering&Research Institute Co.,Ltd(English abbreviation:NEUI)developed a complete set of electrolytic flue gas pollutants treatment process and equipment,mainly from the organized emission and unorganized emission two directions to take effective measures to control perfluorinated pollutants,particulate matter,SO_(2).In the end,compared with the most advanced technology and equipment of NEUI electrolytic flue gas emission,the paper found that compared with the European and American electrolytic flue gas emission standards,the present requirement of the emission standard is lower.However,the emission index of China's electrolytic flue gas treatment process and equipment represented by NEUI has exceeded the emission index of Europe and the United States,reaching the world's leading level.
