铝工业资源综合利用与保护技术的开发及应用

摘要 资源环境的硬性约束是当前经济社会发展的一个重大瓶颈。铝工业作为资源消耗的大户,在降低资源消耗、循环利用资源、减少区域环境污染、节水节能等方面具有巨大的潜力。本文分析了铝厂的设计现状,并结合生产运行特点提出了一系列技术措施,以实现资源综合利用与保护。这些技术措施包括降低全厂新水能耗指标、节省动力能耗、减少污染物排放、减轻环境污染以及实现资源的综合利用。此外,本文还展望了未来铝工业资源综合利用与保护的研究方向和开发重点,为铝工业向“高品质、高效率、可持续”绿色健康产业转型,以促进经济、社会和环境的协调发展,奠定了基础。 The rigid constraints of resource and environment have become a major bottleneck to current economic and social development.As a big consumer of resources,the aluminum industry has enormous potential in reducing resource consumption,recycling resources,minimizing regional environmental pollution,as well as saving water and energy.This article analyzes the current design status of aluminum plants,and proposes a series of technical measures combined with the production characteristics,aiming to achieve resource utilization and protection.These measures include reducing the energy consumption index of freshwater throughout the plant,saving power consumption,reducing pollutant emissions,mitigating environmental pollution,and achieving comprehensive utilization of resources.Moreover,this article also outlines the research direction and development priorities for the future of aluminum industry's resource utilization and protection,which lays the foundation for the transformation of aluminum industry towards a"high-quality,high-efficiency,sustainable"and green healthy sector,and promotes the coordinated development of economy,society and environment..
