艾萨炉入炉物料生球的熔炼过程研究

摘要 采用TG(热重)-MS(质谱)以及X射线衍射成像等分析实验手段,对艾萨入炉物料生球的高温富氧熔炼过程机理特性进行了系统的研究。结果表明:在以50ml/min通入75%O_(2),升温速度25℃/min的条件下,氧化还原熔炼体系经历了失重→增重→失重的过程,氧化顺序为CuFeS_(2)→Cu_(2)S→CuO·CuSO_(4)→CuSO_(4)→CuO。从MS(质谱)研究结果可知:熔炼过程ZnO、AS_(2)O_(3)、PbO及Bi_(2)O_(3)均在持续挥发,说明Zn、As、Pb、Bi等杂质可通过富氧熔炼定向调控技术手段,将其氧化挥发到烟气中进行综合回收,从而降低产品中的杂质含量。 By means of TG(thermogravimetric)-MS(mass spectrometry)and X-ray diffraction imaging,the mechanism and characteristics of high temperature oxygen-rich melting process of raw balls of Esa furnace material were systematically studied.The results show that the process of weight loss→weight gain→weight loss is experienced in the REDOX smelting system under the condition that 75%O_(2)is introduced at 50ml/min and the heating rate is 25℃/min.The oxidation order is CuFeS_(2)→Cu_(2)S→CuO·CuSO_(4)→CuSO_(4)→CuO.The MS(mass spectrometry)results show that ZnO,AS_(2)O_(3),PbO and Bi_(2)O_(3)continue to volatilize in the smelting process,indicating that impurities such As Zn,As,Pb and Bi can be oxidized and volatilized into flue gas for comprehensive recovery through the directional regulation technology of oxygen-rich smelting,so as to reduce the content of impurities in products.
