摘要
大尹格庄金矿采场的安全高效开采一直受到采场顶板和矿柱的安全可靠性制约。为此,该矿采取了多项技术措施,以确保采场顶板的安全稳固。首先,通过对采场安全跨度稳定性进行分析,并计算最小矿柱尺寸和受力情况,确定了矿柱的合理尺寸和位置,有效地提高了矿柱的承载能力。其次,进行了采场顶板锚索支护分析,并针对不同地质条件和采场布置情况,制定了相应的加固方案,使得采场顶板的承载能力显著提高。最后,根据光面爆破的特点,确定了最佳的爆破参数,减小了岩石震动和爆炸冲击力,保证了采场顶板的稳定性和安全性。通过这些技术措施的实施,大尹格庄金矿采场的安全稳固得到了有效保障,为后续的生产操作奠定了坚实的基础。
The safety and efficient mining of Dayingezhuang gold mine has always been constrained by the safety and reliability of its roof and pillars.To address this issue,the mine has implemented multiple technical measures to ensure the safety and stability of the roof.Firstly,by analyzing the stability of the mining area and calculating the minimum pillar size and force situation,the reasonable size and location of the pillars were determined,effectively improving their load-bearing capacity.Secondly,an analysis of roof anchor support was conducted,and corresponding reinforcement programs were developed based on different geological conditions and mining layouts,significantly enhancing the load-bearing capacity of the roof.Finally,optimal blasting parameters were identified based on smooth blasting characteristics,reducing rock vibrations and explosive impacts to ensure the stability and safety of the mining area roof.With the implementation of these technical measures,the safety and stability of the Dayingezhuang gold mine's mining area have been effectively ensured,laying a solid foundation for subsequent production operations.
