摘要
本文叙述了用等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定液体水玻璃中氧化钾、氧化钠、二氧化硅的方法。试样经溶解定容后,通过系列实验,对三种元素的仪器工作条件进行优化,包括等离子体的发射功率、雾化流量、观测方向等。方法回收率在97%~104%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%,经对照分析结果令人满意,本方法与传统方法相比快速、准确及精密度高,同时避免了大量酸碱的使用而对环境造成污染。
This paper describes a method for the determination of potassium oxide, sodium oxide and silicon dioxide in liquid water glass by ICP-OES. After the sample is dissolved and the volume is fixed, the instrument working conditions of the three elements are optimized through a series of experiments, including plasma emission power, atomization flow rate,observation direction, etc. The recovery rate of the method is between 97% and 104%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 5%. The results of comparative analysis are satisfactory. Compared with the traditional method, this method is fast, accurate and precise, and at the same time, it avoids the use of a large amount of acid and alkali to cause environmental pollution.
