摘要
简要叙述了液压系统基础知识及其工作原理和性质,由此分析了HGC缸卸荷的成因及对应的现象,制定出相应的应急处理措施,当在轧钢过程中出现HGC缸卸荷影响轧钢的现象,能快速锁定成因,并根据对应的应急措施处理问题,有效缩短了事故处理时间,减少事故损失。
This paper briefly describes the basic knowledge of hydraulic system,its working principle and nature,analyzes the causes and corresponding phenomena of HGC cylinder unloading,and formulates corresponding emergency treatment measures.When HGC cylinder unloading affects steel rolling during steel rolling,it can quickly lock the causes,and handle the problems according to the corresponding emergency measures,effectively shortening the accident treatment time and reducing accident losses.
