无纺布挤干辊及真空挤干机在金属板、带、箔生产中的应用

本文对现有包胶挤干辊的局限性进行了分析;介绍了自主研发的新型无纺布挤干辊的构造与特点、工作原理、使用性能和应用案例,表明无纺布挤干辊具有挤干效果好、能够吸净残余水分、使用寿命长、不会造成金属板、带、箔表面划伤等一系列优点;无纺布挤干辊适合在板、带、箔清洗、水淬、湿光整等场合使用,可作为包胶辊的替代产品,具有良好的经济效益和质量效益。

This paper analyzes the limitations of the existing rubber-covered squeeze roller;introduces the structure and cha-racteristics,working principle,use performance and application cases of the self-developed new type non-woven squeeze r-ollers,showing that the non-woven squeeze roller has a series of advantages such as good squeezing effect,ability to abs-orb residual moisture,long use life,and no scratches on the surface of the steel strip;non-woven squeeze rollers are suita-ble for steel belt cleaning,water quenching,wet polishing and other occasions,it can be used as a substitute for rubber rollers,with good economic and quality benefits.
