浅谈地质档案管理系统的研发与应用

On the development and application of geological archives management system

地质档案是地质工作的记录和成果,其中有些是古老的、独特的、有价值的,保存了各项珍贵数据。传统的地质档案管理仍然采用密集储存的方式,档案的借阅、查询和使用容易导致文件的损坏,甚至造成不可挽回的损失。本文首先对系统研发的意义进行了阐述;对地质资料档案管理的现状分析;探讨了地质档案管理信息化的方法和途径;最后对地质档案管理系统发展提出了展望。

Geological archives are the records and achievements of geological work,some of which are ancient,unique and valuable,and preserve various precious data.The traditional geological archives management still adopts the way of intensive storage,and the borrowing,inquiry and use of archives easily lead to the damage of documents and even irreparable losses.In this paper,firstly,the significance of system research and development is described;secondly,the status quo of geological data archives management is analyzed;secondly,the methods and approaches of geological archives management informatization are discussed;finally,the prospect of the development of geological archives management system is put forward.
