西准噶尔地区齐求Ⅻ金矿床位于准噶尔界山华力西褶皱带扎伊尔-达拉布特复向斜的北翼。矿床主要发育石英脉型金矿体,矿体受矿区内北东东-近东西向断裂和北西向断裂控制,含金石英脉在走向和倾向上呈舒缓波状,具尖灭侧现和尖灭再现特征。北东东-近东西向断裂和北西向断裂是齐求Ⅻ金矿的主要找矿方向。部分蚀变闪长玢岩中的金可达工业品位,需对侵入岩脉及周围蚀变岩石进行工程控制。齐求Ⅻ金矿深部可能存在蚀变岩型金矿体,需进行深部找矿勘查。
