摘要
粤东澄海区鸿沟山金矿区主要矿体位于构造破碎带附近,蚀变较强,岩石稳固性较差,易发生水土流失,矿区水文地质条件简单、工程地质条件中等、环境地质条件中等,矿床开采技术条件属中等复合问题的(Ⅱ-4)类矿床。本次矿石选矿工艺流程采用阶段磨矿+分级+浮选,浮选工艺取代氰化浸出可减少对环境的破坏,对矿石进行了一次粗选、一次精选、三次扫选的浮选闭路试验,金得到有效富集和回收。
The main ore bodies of chakeshan gold mine in Chenghai District,eastern Guangdong Province are located near the structural fracture zone,with strong alteration,poor rock stability,and easy to occur water and soil erosion.The hydrogeological conditions of the mining area are simple,the engineering geological conditions are medium,and the environmental geological conditions are medium.The mining technical conditions of the deposit belong to class(Ⅱ-4)deposits with medium composite problems.The ore dressing process adopts stage grinding+classification+flotation.The flotation process can reduce the damage to the environment by replacing cyanidation leaching.The closed-circuit flotation tests of primary roughing,one-time cleaning and three-stage scavenging are carried out,and gold is effectively enriched and recovered.
