摘要
在铜电解生产中,部分阴极铜板会出现粒子和气孔,以及偏缸铜,刀口铜等影响了产品物理规格的现象,由于这类阴极铜需要返回前段工序,从而影响了高纯铜产出率。本文针对上述现象分析了主要产生原因,并提出了相应的解决措施,提高了高纯铜的产出率。
During the production of copper electrolysis,some phenomena affecting the physical specifications of products may appear on the cathode copper plate,such as copper particles,air pits,offset copper,and blade-shaped copper.Since this kind of cathode copper needs to return to the previous process,it will lower the output rate of high-purity copper.This paper analyzes the main causes of the above phenomena,and puts forward corresponding solutions to improve the output rate of high-purity copper。
