摘要
在铜冶炼过程中,随着入炉物料砷品位提高,生产过程产生大量含砷烟灰,为此本文研究利用回转窑处理含砷烟灰工艺可行性,实现砷与有价金属元素分离。本文开展马弗炉静态、回转窑动态焙烧脱砷试验,获得较优工艺条件。当焙烧温度500℃,焙烧停留时间60min,含砷烟灰与浓硫酸质量比在6.7:1条件下,烟灰脱砷率可达到95.05%。
In the copper smelting process,with the increase of the arsenic grade of the incoming materials,a large amount of arsenic-containing soot is produced in the production process.Therefore,this paper studies the feasibility of using a rotary kiln to treat arsenic-containing soot and realize the separation of arsenic and valuable metal elements.In this paper,the experiments of static roasting and dynamic kiln removal of arsenic in the muffle furnace were carried out to obtain better process conditions.When the roasting temperature is 500℃,the roasting residence time is 60min,and the mass ratio of arsenic-containing soot to concentrated sulfuric acid is 6.7:1,the arsenic removal rate can reach 95.05%.
