摘要
通过工艺优化,硫化沉淀处理工艺由先沉铁后沉铜改为先沉铜后沉铁工艺,新工艺出水的总铜浓度较原工艺出水的总铜浓度低,实现系统出水水质指标优于《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB25467-2010)要求,含铜酸水中金属铜的回收率由89.80%提高至97.53%;此外,新工艺控制点更少,仅需重点控制除铜ORP值,操作更为简便,可控性及可操作性强。
Through process optimization,the process of sulfide precipitation was changed from iron precipitation before copper precipitation to copper precipitation after iron precipitation.The total copper concentration of the effluent from the new process was lower than that from the original process,and the water quality index of the system was better than the requirements of discharge standard for industrial pollutants of copper,nickel and cobalt(GB25467-2010).The recovery rate of metal copper in copper bearing acid water was increased from 89.80%to 97.53%;in addition,the new process has fewer control points and only needs to control the ORP value of copper removal,which makes the operation more convenient,controllable and operable.
