钼精矿标准样品制作过程中采用脱油水粒度筛分工艺的探讨

摘要 介绍了在研制高品位的钼精矿(55%)标准样品过程中,对原料钼精矿采取负压蒸馏脱油脱水后,进行筛分的工艺,获得有一定粒度区间的钼精矿原料,制作出流动性较好的有证钼精矿标准样品,通过国家鉴定验收。本文对脱油脱水和筛分条件的选择及标准样品的均匀性进行讨论,证明一些矿产品的标准样品的制作可以采取脱油脱水及粒度筛分的工艺。 Description of the removal of oil and water from the raw material by negative pressure distillation during the development of high grade molybdenum concentrates,negative pressure on the raw molybdenum concentrate After the oil and water are removed by distillation,the molybdenum concentrate is sieved to obtain molybdenum with a certain particle size range to produce molybdenum with higher fluidity.Good documented molybdenum concentrate standard samples that have passed national validation and acceptance.This paper discusses the choice of de-oiling and dewatering and sieving conditions and the homogeneity of standard samples,demonstrating that some of the minerals’Production can take the form of de-oiling and dewatering and particle size screening.
