摘要
可再生能源发电装机容量快速增加,可再生能源发电的弃水率、弃风率、弃光率维持在高位,而通过源网荷储互动调控对可再生能源、电网、储能和柔性可控负荷的一体化协调控制,可以有效减少可再生能源电站的弃水率、弃风率、弃光率,提升可再生能源的利用效率。首先论述了可再生能源发电的特性,然后探讨了储能系统和柔性可控负荷的应用特点;并建立源网荷储互动控制模式,最后提出快速、有效增强源网荷储的控制与调节性能的控制策略,最大限度的降低可再生能源发电的弃电率。
The discard rates of water,wind,and photovoltaic for renewable energy power are high for many years due to the fast growth of installed capacity for renewable energy power.The"GenerationGrid-Load-Storage"interactive control is an effective way to use the integrated coordinated control to decrease the discard rate of water,wind,and photovoltaic,and to improve the energy utilization efficiency.In this paper,the characteristics of renewable energy power are presented,The application of storage system and flexible controllable load is also discussed.Besides,the control mode of"Generation-Grid-Load-Storage"is proposed,Finally,to reduce the discard rate of renewable energy power,the improvement of"Generation-Grid-Load-Storage"interactive control with a rapid response is given.
