新闻传播类研究生“数据能力”培养的教学实践与探索

摘要 信息技术推动新闻传媒行业的“数据”转向,“数据能力”成为新闻传播从业者的核心竞争力,这对高校新传类研究生人才培养提出新要求。新传类研究生的数据能力培养可从“学做融创”四层次逐次推进,在开放理念下重构课程体系、实施分类培养、推进多元融合、完善创新激励制度、探索数据课程思政等,锻造新传类研究生的“数据能力”,培养德才兼备的高层次新闻传播人才。
