四氧化三铁磁性药物载体的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 四氧化三铁纳米颗粒是一种磁学性能优异和生物相容性良好的磁性材料,其与其他材料复合作为一类全新的药物载体,可以实现高精度磁靶向、快速磁响应等功能,在药物递送及药物控释领域具有广阔的发展前景。本文综述了磁性复合材料的制备方法以及在药物载体方面的应用情况,详细介绍了四氧化三铁磁性复合材料在药物递送与药物控释方面的研究及应用进展,分析了当前四氧化三铁磁性药物载体研究所面临的问题,并对未来磁性药物载体的发展方向进行了展望。 Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticle is a kind of magnetic material with excellent magnetic properties and good biocompatibility.Compositing with other materials,as a new kind of drug carrier,it can realize the functions of high⁃precision magnetic targeting and rapid magnetic response.It has great development prospects in the field of drug delivery and drug⁃controlled release.The preparation methods of magnetic composites and their applications in the neighborhood of drug carriers were reviewed.The research and application progress of Fe_(3)O_(4)magnetic composites in drug delivery and drug⁃controlled release were introduced in detail.The problems faced by the research of Fe_(3)O_(4)magnetic drug carrier at present were analyzed,and the development direction of magnetic drug carrier in the future had been prospected.
