环境工程专业高素质创新型教育科研队伍建设研究

以佛山科学技术学院环境与化学工程学院环境工程专业教学改革建设为例,结合高素质创新型教育科研队伍的现状,论述了建立高素质创新型教育科研队伍的必要性,提出了高校教学质量工程改革形势下高素质创新型教育科研队伍建设的有效途径。从强化师资建设、狠抓课程建设、深化教学改革、建设实训基地、学生创新能力培养等5个方面进行阐述,体现环境工程专业高素质创新型教育科研队伍建设的特色与创新。

Taking environmental engineering major teaching reform of Environmental and Chemical Engineering College,Foshan University as an example,combining with major high-quality innovation education and scientific research team status,the paper discusses the necessity of establishing major high-quality innovation education and scientific research team,and puts forwards effective ways of building major high-quality innovation education and scientific research team under the university teaching quality engineering reform situation.The paper clarifies from five aspects which is to strengthen teachers,construction,vigorously promotes the course construction,to deepen teaching reform,to practice base construction,the cultivation of students,innovation capacity,manifests features and innovation of the environmental engineering major high-quality innovation education and scientific research team construction.
