摘要
为探究激光熔覆层替代电镀铬的可行性,采用激光熔覆技术在45钢表面制备了不同镍含量的铁基合金涂层,通过金相观察、硬度测试、电化学测试及盐雾试验等方法研究了熔覆层的组织及性能,并与电镀铬试样耐腐蚀性能进行了对比。结果表明:激光熔覆含镍的高铬铁基合金具有较高的硬度和良好的耐腐蚀性能,能替代电镀铬用于液压支柱的再制造。
Fe-based alloys coatings with different nickel contents were prepared by laser cladding technology.The microstructure and properties were studied by metallographic observation,hardness test,electrochemical test and salt spray test,and the comparison was made with those of electrochrome-plated samples.Results showed that the high chromium ferroalloy coating with nickel had high hardness and good corrosion resistance,which could meet the requirements of laser coating remanufacture of hydraulic support.
