热浸镀锌产业在钢结构腐蚀防护中的应用现状

Application Status of Hot Dip Galvanizing in Corrosion Protection of Steel Structure

热浸镀锌工艺较成熟、成本低、耐蚀性能好,是目前金属腐蚀防护中产量最大、应用最广泛的技术。综述了热浸镀不同锌基合金的研究进展;介绍了我国热浸镀锌产业的现状、存在的问题,并对国内热浸镀锌产品的最大用户—国家电网公司的应用现状进行了着重调研。结果表明:我国热镀锌技术需求与发达国家存在着很大的差异。结合我国的环保政策指出了热浸镀产业技术中的不足及热浸镀锌行业未来升级发展的方向。

Hot dip galvanizing technology is mature,low cost and good corrosion resistant,possessing the largest production of metal protection and the most widely use.In this paper,the research progress of hot-dip zinc-base alloys was reviewed.The present situation and problems of hot dip galvanizing industry in China were introduced.Moreover,the application status of State Grid Corporation of China,which was the largest user of hot dip galvanizing products in China,was investigated.Results showed that the technical requirement on hot dip galvanizing between China and the developed countries was very different.Combined with China’s environmental protection policy,the shortcomings of hot dip galvanizing industry technology and the future development direction were pointed out.
