镁合金植酸化学转化膜研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 镁合金具有比强度高、密度低等优良的性能,目前正受到广泛关注,但镁合金本身的耐蚀性能差的特点限制了其应用。植酸转化膜对环境友好且具有良好的耐蚀性,在镁合金的防护上被视为铬酸盐转化膜的替代者之一。对目前镁合金植酸转化膜的研究进展进行了综述,对其成膜机理等进行了简要分析,并就其发展趋势进行了展望。 Magnesium alloys are attracting more and more attention due to the excellent properties,but the poor corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys limits their applications.The phytic acid conversion film is regarded as one of the substitutes for the chromate conversion film because of its environmental friendliness and good corrosion resistance.In this paper,the research progress of phytic acid conversion coatings on magnesium alloys was reviewed,and the film formation mechanism was briefly analyzed.Furthermore,the development trend of phytic acid conversion coatings on magnesium alloys was prospected.
