价值识别与文化运营背景下的旧建筑更新设计方法——以重庆大学创意产业园8号楼为例

Design Methods for Renewal of Old Buildings in the Context of Value Recognition and Cultural Operation——Taking Building 8 of Chongqing University Creative Industry Park as an Example

当下城市更新越来越注重长效运营,而非短时更新;更注重文化延续,而非一味地推倒重建。构成城市更大范围肌理底色的旧建筑有别于文物建筑和历史建筑,这类旧建筑的文化价值具有隐藏性、识别难的特点,需要文化运营,本文引入层次分析法和专家评分法,提出了一种创新性的旧建筑更新设计方法。以重庆大学创意产业园8号楼的更新设计案例为例,详细阐述该方法的应用,以期为类似建筑的更新设计提供实用的方法参考和经验借鉴,以推动城市文化的延续和城市更新的可持续发展。

Nowadays,urban renewal focuses more and more on long-term operation rather than short-term renewal,and pays more attention to cultural continuity rather than just knocking down and rebuilding.The old buildings that constitute the base of the city’s wider texture are different from the cultural relics and historical buildings.This paper proposes an innovative design method for the renewal of old buildings by introducing the hierarchical analysis method and the expert scoring method for the characteristics and difficulties that the cultural value of this kind of old buildings is hidden,difficult to identify,and needing cultural operation.Taking the case of the renewal design of Building 8 of Chongqing University Creative Industry Park as an example,the application of the method is elaborated in detail.In order to provide practical methodological reference and experience for the renewal design of similar buildings,so as to promote the continuation of urban culture and the sustainable development of urban renewal.
