The Early Design Decision-making Driven by Building Performance Simulation Exploration of Teaching Methods on Green High-rise Office Complex Design for the 4th Grade Undergraduate Students

“绿色高层办公综合体设计”是天津大学建筑学院本科四年级专题教学的重要环节,定位于引导学生在分析基地气候特征,明确建筑功能、设计规范、结构选型的基础上,运用建筑性能模拟软件及参数化工具,控制设计方案的生成和优化,达到绿色设计的一个或多个目标。旨在引导学生体验绿色建筑由技术主导向设计主导的转变和由此激发的美学创新,为学生掌握绿色建筑原理、方法和工具打下基础。

“Green high-rise office complex Design”is an important part of Senior undergraduate’s workshop in School of Architecture,Tianjin University.Based on the analysis of the climate characteristics,building functions,building regulations,as well as structure selection,students learns to control form generation and optimization by performance simulation software and parametric tools,which will achieve one or more goals of green design.It aims to guide students to experience the transformation of green building from technology-oriented to design-oriented.This course will lay a foundation for the improvement of students’green building theory and method.
