摘要
该项目地处天津市北辰区河北工业大学,是对原有建筑与艺术设计学院楼进行改扩建。基于对国内建筑学学院楼适应性改造的分析及原有学院楼的现状问题调研,强调自下而上的自发性设计和绿色生态的概念,从场地激活、功能置换、空间重构、生态节能四个层次对原有建筑进行功能重组;通过加建情节空间、改建消极空间、重组原有功能空间协调新旧部分的室内外关系,进行建筑环境空间的再设计,对既有教学建筑更新改造的可行性手法进行探讨。
The project is located in tianjin beichen district,hebei university of technology for reconstruction of the original building architecture and art design college of.Based on the analysis of domestic architecture college building adaptability reform and the present situation of the existing school building research,emphasizing the spontaneity of bottom-up design and the concept of green ecological,from site activation,functional replacement,space reconstruction,ecological energy-saving four levels of function of the original building of restructuring;Through the construction of the plot space,the redevelopment of the negative space,restructuring the original feature space,coordinate the relationship between the old and new part of the indoor and outdoor architecture environment space design again,to have the feasibility of the teaching building retrofit technique were discussed.
