摘要
本文主要以教育部学科评估指标中的职称结构、学缘结构、海外经历为参考.统计研究了我国建筑学教师师资队伍的基本情况。本文起篇简要介绍了我国建筑教育的建立,起步与发展的历史;随后,参照学科评估分级,选取了四个等级的八所建筑院校,运用统计方法,分析了这八所建筑院校的师资海外教育背景情况。统计结果表明,日本、美国、瑞士的建筑教育对我国当前建筑教育的影响较大,且我国不同建筑院校受海外建筑院校影响有着明显的差异;其次,对这八所高校教师教育背景的统计表明,我国建筑院校的"近亲繁殖"(Faculty Inbreeding)现象十分严重.可能会带来我国建筑教育的多样性与创新性的局限。
Based on the index of the subject evaluation of the ministry of education(e.g..academic title,educators’ education background and oversea experience),this paper aims to understand the architectural educators’ status in China.Initially,the author introduces the establishment of the architectural education in China.Then,the author investigates the contemporary architectural teachers’ education background with the statistic method within eight architecture schools in four levels based on the result of the subject evaluation.As a result,the author discovers two things.First,architectural schools in Japan,US,and Switzerland have the significant impact on the contemporary architectural educators in China and these influence varies on different universities.Second,the faculty inbreeding in architectural schools is severe,which may have a negative influence on the diversity and innovation of architectural education in China.
