Australia is recognised, worldwide, for itsquality products, as well as green and cleanpractices. Green tea, however, is not the first thingthat comes to mind when talking about exportedproduce.Around 20 years ago Japanese tea companieswere looking for a place to grow their tea duringthe off season. Working with the Australiangovernment, several test plantations were set upusing Japanese tea varietals.
