在构建现代化工业体系的过程中,产业智能化将如何影响国内的产业结构?基于产业智能化的基本定义,通过智能化相关指标构造产业智能化指数,将产业结构升级分为产业结构高级化和合理化两个方面,探析产业智能化与产业结构升级的静态和动态关系,研究收入分配如何影响产业智能化对产业结构升级的作用,并考虑不同地区产生的影响。得到结论如下:(1)产业智能化有利于产业结构高级化,但降低产业结构合理化;(2)产业智能化和产业结构升级都存在惯性,产业结构的调整和产业智能化随着时间推移对产业结构升级的影响不断减弱;(3)城乡收入差距减缓了产业智能化对产业结构高级化的正向作用并加速产业智能化造成的产业结构不合理,资本-劳动收入份额比值正向调节产业智能化对产业结构高级化的正向作用和对产业结构合理化的负向作用;(4)产业智能化对产业结构升级的影响存在地域差异,对西部地区产业结构升级作用不显著,并且收入分配的调节作用也不同。

The outline of the 14 th five-year plan for national economic and social development of the people’s Republic of China points out that it is necessary to promote the high-end,intelligent and green industries,and accelerate the integration of Internet,big data and artificial intelligence.Therefore,the key to realize industrial modernization is to study how industrial intelligence affects the upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,the key thing is to study how industrial intelligence affects industrial structure upgrading.Based on the basic definition of industrial intelligence,this paper firstly constructs the industrial intelligence index through the related indicators of intelligence,and divides the industrial structure upgrading into two aspects,namely,industrial structure optimization and industrial structure rationalization.Then we analyze the static and dynamic relationship effect of industrial intelligence on industrial structure upgrading,and study how income distribution affects the relationship between industrial intelligence and industrial structure upgrading with regard to the regional heterogeneity.The results are as follows.Firstly,industrial intelligence promotes industrial structure optimization,but reduces industrial structure rationalization.Secondly,there is inertia in both industrial intelligence and industrial structure upgrading,and the impact of industrial structure adjustment and industrial intelligence on industrial structure upgrading is weakening with the time going by.Thirdly,the urban-rural income gap slows down the impact of industrial intelligence on industrial structure optimization,but accelerates the unreasonable of industrial structure.The increase of the ratio of capital to labor income will increase the industrial structure optimization brought by industrial intelligence and reduce the mismatch of production factors.Fourthly,there are regional differences in the impact of industrial intelligence on industrial structure upgrading.Moreover,the adjustment effect of income distribution is also different.
