摘要
本文基于2017年全国流动人口卫生计生动态监测调查数据,分析劳动力在不同城市规模下的个人特征、就业特征和流动特征分布现状,使用最近邻匹配法实证研究城市规模对劳动力工资的异质性影响。研究结果表明,城市规模在一定范围内对劳动力的工资水平确实具有显著的正向影响,但是,当城市规模超过1000万人口规模,其对工资的影响效应将会下降。据此,为有效缩小劳动力收入差距,引导流动人口有序流动,提出破除城市间的生产要素壁垒、逐步放开户籍限制、促进城市协调发展的政策建议。
Based on the health and family planning dynamic monitoring survey data of the floating population in 2017,this paper analyzed the distribution of individual characteristics,employment characteristics and mobility characterstics of the labor force in different city sizes,and used the nearest neighbor matching method to empirically study the heterogeneous effect of city size on labor wage.The results showed that the size of a city does have a significant positive effect on the wage level of the labor force within a certain range.However,when the size of a city exceeded the size of a population of 10 million,its effect on wages would decrease.Accordingly,in order to effectively narrow the income gap of labor force and guide the orderly flow of floating population,some countermeasures and Suggestions were put forward to break down the barriers of production factors between cities,gradually loosen the household registration restriction and promote the coordinated development of cities.
