摘要 在水利工程泵站机电设备建设与实践应用中,需要对其常见的各种故障问题进行有效诊断,提出具体的故障维修方法,这对于我国水电资源的需求满足与市场化经济社会的快速发展是非常有利的。本文首先探讨了当前我国水利工程泵站的机电设备运行与管理现状状态,初步了解了影响泵站机电设备维修质量的主要因素内容,并最后对设备的常见故障与诊断方法进行了具体分析,以期待提高我国水利工程整体建设水平,发挥泵站机电设备的最大价值作用。 In the construction and practical application of mechanical and electrical equipment of water conservancy pumping station,it is necessary to effectively diagnose various common fault problems,and put forward specific fault maintenance methods,which is very beneficial to meet the demand of hydropower resources in China and the rapid development of market-oriented economy and society.Therefore,in this paper,I hope to first discuss the current situation of the operation and management of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the water conservancy project pumping station in China,preliminarily understand the main factors affecting the maintenance quality of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the pumping station,and finally analyze the common faults and diagnosis methods of the equipment,so as to improve the overall construction level of the water conservancy project in China,Give full play to the maximum value of mechanical and electrical equipment of pump station.
